Becky Meagher and I have been good friends for a long, long time. That's a good start, but it's not enough reason to work with someone on such an important transaction as buying a house. That takes finding the most capable, accomplished, trustworthy and effective professional available ... and that's who Becky is. This is not the first time I've used her for real estate business. I had her sell my home in 2013, and that turned out extremely well for me in what was not a great market at the time. So it was a no-brainer that I would engage her again to buy my next house. That, too, turned out extremely well for me. Becky is a great listener.
